Rajasthani cuisine is incomplete without the special mention of the famous Dal Baati Churma. The masala in the dal and lots of ghee into it before serving, makes it a rich dish that is very filling and of course calorie rich. Fresh batis dipped in ghee and then in piping hot dal with the churma is a wonderful combo. The three together makes a perfect platter to warm you up on a cold winter day.
