Panjeeri is an Indian sweet dish that is used as Prasad during puja celebration and it is also given to new mothers after childbirth as it helps quick recovery of health. Made from whole wheat flour, ghee, sugar and dried fruits, it is also eaten in winters to ward off cold. So try making Panjeeri recipe and serve it to the guest during Janmashtami.
